My summer was not filled with different music festivals, as it usually is for many young people here in Finland. And I bet you know the reason why. Luckily there was a 3-day rock festival arranged here in my home town last weekend and I could get my part of Finnish festival summer. The third day, Sunday was not really a day for hard core rock but a day for families. There were parents with their children having picnics and different kinds of activities for kids as well as three Finnish artist with their amazing shows. Robin, Elastinen and Samuli Edelmann entertained the crowd the whole afternoon. Even the weather was nice, am I in Finland or still in France?
As I think you can see I took lots of great pics on Sunday, especially of our own national pop star Robin who rocked his show. Huge respect for him, the guy really has talents! And btw, he is only 16 years old!
You should put the three names onto YouTube and listen to a bit, they're really good ;-) Each one of them sings in Finnish but I guess everyone can enjoy the music no matter in which language it is?
Festarit jäi mun osalta tänä kesänä käymättä ja syyn te hyvin tiedättekin. Onneksi meidän vuotuinen Porispere oli sopivasti viime viikonloppuna ja perhepäivänä fiilistelin Elviran kanssa Suomen eturivin muusikoita Robinia, Elastista ja Samuli Edelmannia. Siihen festarimeininkiin tää perhepäivä ei ihan yltänyt, mutta edes jonkinlaiseen fiilikseen pääsi Kirjurin mutalammikoissakin. Päivä oli myös aurinkoinen, mikä ei oo kyllä itsestäänselvyys täällä päin ;-)
Niinkuin huomaatte, sain läjäpäin upeita kuvia kamerallani ja varsinkin nuorimmaisesta esiityjästä eli Robinista. Huikea show, arvostan. Kaverilla on ihan oikeasti lahjoja!
